SANDWICH PANEL INSULATION

The insulation sandwich panels are divided into foam sandwich panel, rock wool sandwich panel, polyurethane sandwich panel, paper honeycomb sandwich panel and glass wool sandwich panel.

Foam sandwich panel is an organic material. It has the characteristics of thermal insulation, light weight and easy installation. It has been widely used in recent years. There is a bad shortcoming that foam sandwich panel is very easy to burn and can not meet the national fire protection requirements.

Rockwool sandwich panel is a new type of fire-proof sheet with the strongest fire resistance in the coloured steel sheet series. It is made of natural rocks, blast furnace slag, etc. which are melted into wires at high temperature and then solidified. Rockwool coloured steel sheet meets the requirements of secondary fire protection of clean workshop, and is the most ideal decorative plate for indoor ceiling and movable room construction. It has the fire resistance of 600 C and the fire resistance grade reaches A. Polystyrene and polyurethane can not be compared, its core material is not burnable rock wool.

Polyurethane sandwich panel is composed of top-to-bottom color steel plate and intermediate foamed polyurethane. It is one of the widely used building materials in the current construction industry. It has good thermal insulation, heat insulation and sound insulation effect. Polyurethane with fire-proof material is non-flame-retardant.

Compared with foam, glass wool and phenolic foam sandwich panels are slightly more expensive than rock wool, and phenolic foam is a polymer rigid rigid foil foam product, which is made from thermosetting phenolic resin. It has the characteristics of light weight, fire-proof, non-burning in open fire, smokeless, no dripping, wide temperature range (-196 ~200 ~C), non-shrinkage and non-embrittlement in low temperature environment.
