INSULATED SANDWICH PANEL

The insulated sandwich panel is mostly used in prefab house which has the advantages of light weight, high strength, heat preservation and insulation, beautiful and economic use, etc. The insulation sandwich panel is also widely used in the roof and wall for clean room, cold storage, shop, kiosk, large-span workshop, warehouse, office building, villa and so on.

 

Insulated sandwich panel has three advantages

 

• Thermal insulation: popular thermal insulation sandwich panel is rock wool, glass fiber cotton, polystyrene, polyurethane, etc., they have low thermal conductivity with good heat insulation performance. 

• Easy installation: the insulated sandwich panel is easy to install for modular room, as it can be cut at will on site, and fire-resistant sandwich panel can completely satisfy the fire standard requirement of the modular house.

Specification and performance of insulated sandwich panel:

 

1. The insulated sandwich panel often adopts the slotted plug-in type, which has the advantages of convenient installation, time-saving, material saving, good flatness, high strength, etc. it is suitable for ceiling and partition system.

5. Properties of core material:

 

•  bulk density of polystyrene: 8-20kg / m3, thermal conductivity : s0.036w/m.k, maximum service temperature: about 100oC

• Bulk density of rock wool: 60-120kg / m3, thermal conductivity: s0.043w/m.k, maximum service temperature: about 500oC, incombustibility: Class A. The core material of rock wool sandwich panel is made of basalt and other natural ores as the main raw materials, which are fused into fiber keys by high temperature fan, added with a proper amount of binder.  Rock wool is suitable for heat insulation and sound insulation of industrial buildings, ceiling and partition of clean room.

• The bond strength of PU sandwich panel shall be more than 0.09MPa, and the combustion performance of the sandwich panel shall reach level B1. When the deflection of the bending bearing force is Lo/200 (Lo is the distance between the supports), the bearing force of the sandwich panel shall not be less than 0.5Kn/m2.

 

950mm corrugated roof sandwich panel is three times stronger than ordinary flat wall sandwich panel. It is connected with roof truss by hidden self-drilling screws which does not damage the exposed part of color steel,to prolong the service life of roof sandwich panel. The connection between roof panels is by buckle cap type, which is convenient for construction and improves efficiency, but the biggest advantage is not easy to seep water.
